Cute baby boy!

         

Well, Mason is doing great!  He got to meet Chloe and they get along great.  He also got some tummy time today! Here are a few more pictures.

First full day at home

Mason got up this morning and we got him changed.  He has the most precious face and is such a handsome guy.  I love these pictures of him!

  

We also got a little relaxing in during the afternoon.  He likes hanging out with dad!

  

The family took a walk at Squaw Valley Park.  It was a good time, but very warm!  It was fun to be  together and enjoy the weather. 

  

After all that Mason got his first bath at home…he wasn’t really thrilled with it, but looked great afterwards.  It was fun to wrap him up in his towel and let him enjoy being cozy.

Thanks for all of your emails and comments!  We’ve got lots of pictures…but it really can’t ever be too many can it?  Mason did so well yesterday (and so did Devon!) with all of the visitors.  You can see that family was all there in support.  In addition, we had lots of visits from people from Discovery…I just did a bad job at taking pictures with them, but we had some fun ballons thanks to the Salva’s!  In the one picture they caugt me giving Mason his first ‘pep’ talk, but he really brings me so much joy!

        

Mason has 8 great grandparents across the state of Pennsylvania, I personally think that is pretty impressive that he can be showered with that much love and wisdom!  He got to meet 4 of them yesterday.  The one picture is of the 4 generations of Smedleys’…Great Grandpap, Grandpap, Dad, and Mason Smedley (Great Grandma and Aunt Shari too). 

               

There are also some great new pictures of him at home in his new room that Devon did a great job decorating.  Keep checking back for more updates, he is changing so fast and so much already : )

The most precious gift…

                                       

Mason Gregory Smedley was born yesterday!  His birthday is officially June 23, 2007!  He was born at 3:17 PM and weighed 7 pounds 7 ounces and he was 21 inches long.  Devon did such a great job!  He is the cutest baby (all of you parents have probably already said this, but you have to see Mason!) I love the way his little lips move and he just stares with curious eyes all over the place.  He also has a great head of hair!  Thanks for all of your prayers and support, he waited until the day after Devon finished graduate school!

It’s been awhile!

                 

Well, when you don’t update for awhile there are alot of things that take place…of course we weren’t great at taking pictures of everything either, but here are some highlights.  Devon ‘walked’ for graduation.  She got to spend some time in Philadelphia with her family and some friends.  We got to go out to dinner for a nice evening (maybe one of the last before the baby).  Devon has about four weeks left to go.  There will be more happening and stuff that I skipped right over, but this is all the time I have right now.  I’ll post some more soon.
